  • tater tos, sweet potaoe fries, hot dogs, cheese slices, cheese sticks, yo-baby yogurt, frozen waffles, pancakes, omlettes, bologna, tomatoes, kiwi, bananas, grapes, pears, ritz crackers, ritz mini cheese sanwiches, cheerios, nutra-grain bars, corn, mac & cheese, cooked carrots, cooked greenbeans, cooked broccoli.... Those are some of my son's favorites. We just offered him whatever we were having, but cut up in tiny bites.

  • My baby eats pretty much what I eat........except for grapes, chips and spicy stuff. I just mash it up or cut it into small pieces. I do try to offer lots of fresh fruits and snacks that are healthier than what I eat!

  • It doesn't matter how many teeth she has. Just fix her a plate from what you're having and let her have at it.

  • The World Health Organization, much less influenced by the dairy and formula industries than US doctors, recommends breastfeeding for a minimum of 24 months.
At this age my daughter was eating mostly what we were: whole wheat pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes, tofu, etc.
Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron is a great book on feeding babies, toddlers and their parents. You should be able to find a copy at your local library; the website has some great ideas, too: www.superbabyfood.com
