I think my dogwood tree is sick, how can I help it?

It's a small young tree I just planted last year.

Some of the leaves are looking wavy and frail.

Ideas?

  • It's a zone 5 or 6 high desert climate.

We had a lot of rain last month, but almost nothing this month. I water that area of my lawn about every other day now for about 45 minutes.

  • do you have a landscaper or nursery nearby? Call and explain whats going on and see what they say. Hopeful you can save it-I love dogwoods.
