  • If my son sweating a lot, I would put an extra ounce of water in each bottle, and I made the bottles with cooler water instead of warm. If I diluted juice more than half, he would not drink it. Even at 5 months old, he would give me the "I'm not eating that!" look that showed he was most disgusted with me for even trying. If I noticed he stopped sweating then I'd give him about 4 oz of ice water. Man did he love that stuff! My mom told me, that as long as I am drinking to keep cool and hydrated, he needed to be too.

  • I gave formula, with cold water. They don't need the juice or water, it's more us adults who feel strange about just giving formula, we know there are different choices, they don't;.

  • I gave him formula but also a little bit of water or juice. I don't recommned diluting the formula because it messes with the nutrients in the formula.

  • Gave him formula. Never gave my son juice until he was 4 years old. Even now he rarely gets juice it is a huge factor in why so many kids are overweight. I never warmed his bottles so it was cool when he drank the formula. Water I did give him when he was over a year old.
