Can you do situps while your pregnant in a workout routine?

  • i wouldn't reccomend it, how far along are you? it hurts for me to sit up in the bed muchless do actually sit ups (i'm 6months btw)

  • you can in the first few months. I did. But then when it gets to the point when its uncomfortable to lay on your back then that's when you stop.

  • I've heard that it's ok up until 14 wks. You could try reverse crunches.

  • I did crunches up until my son was born (I'm not a fan of full sit ups) . My doctor said it was ok as long as it didn't hurt and if it did to stop.
