Trying to get some of the work out of the way for a bbq this weekend, will sausage and peppers be as good if I make it the day before? What about deviled eggs? Would they hold overnight? Any other helpful bbq hints would be much appreciated, thanks!
well peppers dont take long so I would have them all cut and ready to go, but do the sausage ahead of time and the peppers right then and there. Not all peppers get soggy unless you overcook.. but reheating them WILL make them soggy for sure. Deviled eggs are actually better the second day! go for it!
