How long before a reaction to a vaccination?

He had a vaccination on 5-7-09. They should have been mumps, measles, and rubella. I believe. Would he have a reaction now, weeks later?

  • Depends on the reaction. That is al ive virus vaccine so he could get the actual diseases from it a week or more later. The fever and most other reactions happen within 48 hours usually. I would call the doc with your specific reaction question.
