8 mo is waking up 2-4 times at night again!

What do I do? She's not hungry, I'll even feed her and she will latch on for comfort, but it's not her hungry suck. And whether I feed her or not she'll wake up again in 1-2 hours.

I thought she was teething, but she doesn't seem like she's in pain, and I can't see any spots with swollen gums or teeth coming in!

How can I get her to sleep through the night again, or at least only wake up once?

  • Let her cry, she might be cold or to hot. Either cover or uncover her. Give her a good feeding before bed and let her cry it out. Or go in and pat her butt and once she is quiet walk out.
