Do you believe a person that has been diagnosed with being bipolar, who refuses treatment should be allowed around children?

  • My childrens father was diagnosed with bi-polar in the manic phase, Thank god for medication, he's a total different person now. but if he misses his meds, you can tell. As long as their in treatment and doing what needs to be done, then yes they should be allowed around children. But if not then they need to learn how to take care of their selves before they try to takle care of kids.
