  • Yes and No.... You are to eat 6 times a day. SMALL PORTIONS is the trick. I have lost 25 lbs since Thanksgiving. All I have done, is more water, small portions, and snacking in between meals. (small healthy snacks)

But if you figure, no eating after 5 then you are taking away one snack so you wake up straving and pig out in teh morning,. YOu have to keep your body full so your metabolism can operate. That's the fuel for your metabolism.

  • If she was grotesquely obese, then it is possible. Rapid weighloss can be dangerous and can be gained back quickly. Is it possible that your friend had gastric bypass surgery?

  • It is the calories taken in & calories burned that matter.

  • What time in the morning did she eat and how many times a day did she eat?

  • No. I think the biggest thing is that most people do not make wise food choices later in the night. If you are ingesting less calories than you are burning, then you will lose weight. So maybe for people who eat a lot of junk at night, it will be more helpful than people who have an apple for a snack at night.
