How can I lose weight after two c-sections?

I just had a baby March 13th and I want to lose some weight because I am getting married June 13th and I was wondering if there are any indoor workouts that I can do. I am still breastfeeding so I don't want to take any pills or anything.

  • I love the Turbo Jam workout DVD's . They're high energy and well-put together routines that burn a lot of calories. I do them all the time so that I can work out at home, and I've lost a lot of weight.

  • Start walking, at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week. Drink lots of water (which you are probably doing anyway since you are breast feeding). Eat your fruits and veggies, 7-8 servings a day in at least 3 different colors. Eat whole grains (brwon rice, whole wheat pasta, etc.) and don't eat white foods (white rice, white bread, etc.). Cut way back on, or eliminate, meat and dairy; eat legumes at least once a day (beans, lentils, tofu). You will get plenty of iron, calcium and protein if you eat smart, I promise.
