  • Not until at least 3. Juice is a special treat. After she weaned herself at 23 months, she drank mostly water, and the occasional glass of rice or soy milk.

  • I think about ten eleven months..we are at 16 months know and juice is just not a good thing to give the kids. I was all for "who cares they are kids" but it really hurts their lil tummies and messes all their bowel movements up not to mention no more diaper rash no that we cut it out!

  • I tried juice when my son was a year old, but honestly he didn't really care for it - even watered down. So it wasn't until about 6 months later that I tried again to introduce him to it and he likes it alright now. Milk is still his drink of choice though...

  • about 6 months i started just maybe a half cup a day. By 12 months, i'd give it between them drinking their milk.

  • 6 weeks my doc told me to when my son became really constipated, it was bad- i would only give 2 oz mixed with 2 oz water though and it helped keep him regular

  • We never gave gerber juice, but we started regular juice at 6 months 50/50 with water. They're 5, 3 and 2 years now. My oldest doesn't like juice any longer and the younger two have more water than juice any more.

  • we started DS on juice at around 6 months. only like 4 oz of it a day though. we buy the little bottles so we can only bring 1 for a day out or something. he usually only gets it when its a special day or like once or twice a week though.

  • you really should water it down, thats what all the baby books recomend and you can give it to them when they are ready for a sippy cup. you should get some baby/toddler books, they are very helpful.
