  • B- peanut butter toast and 8-10 grapes or cherries if in season
    L- my tuna salad on a plate with tortilla chips to dips with
    S-grilled ribeye steak, grilled crookneck and zucchini squash and wild rice with a side of peace and quiet.

  • B- bagel with cream cheese and some grapes or some kind of fruit.
    L- mac and cheese if i have it or a sandwich of some kind. lately its been peanut butter and jelly
    D- grilled BBQ chicken with Imo's salad and au gratin potatoes. mmm

  • Breakfast: Swedish pancakes


    Lunch: Souplantation meal


    Dinner: Steak, baked potato, broccoli.(preferably at Claim Jumpers. )

  • Breakfast - burritos: whole grain tortilla, refried beans, scrambled egg, cheese, salsa
    Lunch - whole grain bread with avocado and sliced tomato
    Dinner - I was just thinking about that. I took rice out of the freezer and have some tofu that is getting old; probably a stir-fry, though I really want to put up a pot of chili.
