  • Not surprised at all. We treat our bodies like garbage dumps; we don't pay any attention to what we eat. The US has the highest obesity rate in the industrialized world, along with the highest rate of type 2 Diabetes and the fastest growing infant mortality rate. Our medical schools don't teach our doctors about nutrition; our public schools don't teach our children about nutrition and the foods in the public schools are loaded with fat, sodium and toxins.
