Can a Christian have a demon inside them?

I never thought you could have a demon inside you and the Holy Spirit so I was just wanting other opinions. Thanks for your help!

  • The Bible says that greater is HE that is IN YOU (Holy Spirit), than he (Satan and demons)that is in the world.

Notice I capitalized IN YOU. If you're a Christian, the Holy Spirit is in you and is greater than any demon. There is no way a Christian can be demon possessed.

  • A demon cannot dwell where the Holy Spirit dwells.

One might say that a posessed person didn't have the Holy Spirit to begin with. Just because they SAY they do, does not mean it's true.
