Does anyone have a good recipe that includes tofu?

  • I cube tofu and bake it w/ soy, ginger, garlic and sesame oil and add it to stir fry w/ chili flakes. I also use it (firm) and crumbled in spaghetti, lasagne, chili as a sub for red meat. Also try Veggie Ground Round or Veggie Meatballs (Trader joe's has good ones).

  • AS I answered on an easy chicken recipe using the 3 peppers , just use tofu instead of chicken. I love tofu also.

  • Pad thai, with tofu. Stir fry in soy first; add rice noodles and pad thai sauce.. follow menu on the package - - all at regular grocery stores.

  • i use tofu several times a week. I will list some of my favorites ;feel free to contact me for the recipes:
    General Tsao's tofu
    Tofu "fish sticks"
    Hot and Sour Soup
    tofu salad (like egg sald)
    tofu scramble
    you can substitute tofu for ricotta
    grilled tofu
    veggie stew with tofu
    curry with veggies and tofu
    you can replace the paneer in Indian foods with tofu
