Any other way of getting mildew smell outta clothes without washing them?

  • yeah use hot water to wash them and add vinagar to the wash, I know it may sound crazy but vinagar is an odor neutralizer. They won't smell like vinager and you may have to do it a couple times depending on how bad the clothes are. But just try it.

  • Nope, and you will have to wash them a few times. You can try using a ton of dryer sheets but the smell will come back out

  • if they were left wet then they need rewashed and if they are hanging try using the cedar chips in your closet or moth balls to avoid the smells.

  • I think you just have to re-wash them. Make sure the washer is set to hot, and use a bleach alternative. That kills the smell. Otherwise it takes a few times of washing.
