Has anyone experienced a cold sore as one of their first signs of pregnancy?

When I was 5-6 weeks prego with my son, my mouth erupted with "canker sores." Now I am about 1 wk past ovulation and I have my first cold sore ever (on my lip). I have read that pregnancy, among many other things, can trigger cold sores.

    What causes cold sores?
Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus. Herpes simplex virus type 1 usually causes cold sores, and herpes simplex virus type 2 usually causes genital herpes, though either can cause sores in the facial or genital area.
    I got that from
I guess there is no symptom for pregnancy that includes cold sores
