Salmon- how do you prepare it (spices)

I plan on using a george foreman grill and am not really sure what spices would go well on it? any ideas ladies?

  • Lemon Pepper is also really yummy on almost any fish!

  • I coat my salmon filets with Dijon mustard and then sprinkle them with cracked black peppercorns, dried dill, and freshly grated nutmeg (although already ground nutmeg works, too) and they are FANTASTIC. Best salmon I have ever had.

  • i got a big thing of emerils seasoning. i sprinkle that on there, and bake it..but im sure u can use george. its really good. then a dill dip with it...its dill and sour cream....and i think maybe not real sure on that one sorry

  • We sometimes use Chef Paul Prudhome's Blackened Red Fish Seasoning when we grill salmon.
