Is 115 pounds too thin,average,or just right for a 5'4 22 year old woman?

  • Well I'm 5'2 and my doc told me that 110-125 is average for my height so your just in the right range.

  • That's a BMI of 19.5 which is while in the normal range defintely leaning towards the too thin to be healthy end of it. If you get under 18 (105 lbs for your height) your body starts to go into starvation mode which is not a Good Thing.

    Ideally and dependant on your build/fitness level you want to be about 21-23 on the BMI which for you is about 120-130 lbs.

  • im 17...5'6 and usually 110-120 (when not pregnant) so id say your right on target...

  • and im not usually that small cuz I need to eat more I just have a crazy fast metabolism (runs in my family) trust me I eat more then all my friends combined

  • It seems a bit thin for.. I am 4'11 and 115lbs and I am a healthy weight. It could be different with your body build though. I am more curvy.
