What is the stupidest or funniest thing you have seen on product instruction or warning label?

Some of my favorites

Warning: has been found to cause cancer in laboratory mice.  On a box of rat poison.

On a child's Superman costume:
Wearing of this garment does not enable you to fly.

On a bar of soap:
Directions: Use like soap.

  • A sign posted in the zoo:
    Please be safe.  Do not stand, sit, climb or lean on zoo fences.  If you fall, animals could eat you and that might make them sick.  Thank you. (Well I know I just couldn't live with myself if I made the animals sick, oh wait I'm DEAD!!!!!!!!!)

    Bottle of sleep aid medicine:
    Warning: May cause drowsiness. (Hello, why the hell would you take a sleep aid if you DIDN'T want to get drowsy?)

  • There are two: One the plastic bags- do not let children play with because you know someone did! and two: Caution HOT on the coffee cups. Duh.

  • I forget what brand it was but my husband got me some off brand pads one time that said for external use only. If I wanted internal I would have bought tampons!
