  • Yes, you should be fine. Cook it to an internal temp of 180 to be safe and use it within three days, each time reheating to AT least 180. Most bugs are killed after 15 seconds of 165- but really nothing lives past 180

  • I am sure it's fine but I wouldn't let it sit around for very long.

  • I would make it, but be careful and make it fast.

  • If it was frozen, it's fine

Answer by Anonymous at 12:23 AM on May. 21, 2009

  • i would think it depends on when it was frozen and if it stayed frozed the entire time.

  • It was probably frozen prior to the expiration date, so it should still be ok. Just make sure you heat it up so the internal temp gets fairly high, and eat it quickly.

  • so if it was thawed today and i make it tomorrow it should be safe??

Answer by Anonymous at 12:26 AM on May. 21, 2009

  • I wouldn't use it, how do you know it was frozen properly and frozen for that entire time? I would also let the place know that the food was expired.
