hey ladies its been a bit for me,.. but i'm back i've just been super duper busy.. i hate it.. anywhos i cant sleep right.. i mean i sleep 8 hours but it feels like that not enough for me.. what could it be? i mean what should i do.. i am at al oss i dont know.. blahh i'm so so tired!!

  • Do not drink caffeinated drinks 3 hours before bed. Relax befor bedtime.

  • Are your drinking enough water? being even the teenyist bit dehydrated can leave you feeling droopy. Don't wait until you are thirsty to drink; have at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Are you eating a balanced diet? You should be eating 7-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day, in at least 3 different colors. Are you eating your whole grains and beans? You should be eating 6-7 servings of whole grains a day, and at least 1 serving of legumes (beans, lentils, tofu, etc.).
    Are you getting excercise? Inactivity can make you tired, too. Walk for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
