I normally have a small appetite. I eat lunch and dinner, but normally skip breakfast. Today, I did as usual and skipped breakfast. I had a chicken sandwich, with pickles for lunch and an hour later felt like I was starving. I ate a bunch of carrot sticks.. and then another hour or so later I felt like I was starving again. I just ate dinner 20 minutes ago, a 3 egg mexican omelette, and a slice of toast. I feel like I haven't eaten all day! Anyone else experience this? Any advice on what to do about it?
