Can you use whole eggs when baking for your baby or should you stick to just using the yolk. What do you do about products that have egg in them- doughs, pastas, breads, pancake batter....

  • You should definitely try a little egg with your baby first. My son has an egg allergy (both yolk and whites). The first time we tried it with him, lips and face swelled (and that was just by contact with a little egg on his lips- he wouldn't even eat the eggs).

  • Eggs (other than allergies) are VERY healthy for babies... they have found that in new studies. Just be sure the egg is well cooked.
