  • Dehydration is one of the leading causes of headaches. That and blood sugar problems can be a huge factor too. So eat something that will raise your blood sugar and drink a big glass of water. See if that doesn't help.

  • i am a nursing assistant, and i had really bad headaches almost everyday for a year.. it was horrible .. i will tell you to use excerdren, it is probably bc you are either stressed, dehygdrated, or could be a combination. it also could be a certain type of perfume u use or someone close to you uses, soap, laundry detrg. it could be a number of things. but if this is stress you need to see your doctor bc it isnt healthy. i thought i was having migraines bc they were so bad and i could feel the thump of the headache but my doctor informed me its a tension headache and u will notice your jaws will feel a little tight depends on what you really have. try not to drink sodas, drink a lot of water! and if u want try excerdren

  • Tylonol does NOTHING for my headaches. Try Motrin (or generic ibuprofin.)

  • I agree, Ibuprofen works best for my headaches when Acetaminophen won't.
Stress, allergies, sensitivies, and even changes in the barometric pressure will cause headaches.
Try to get a good night's sleep, relax, eat an apple in the morning instead of drinking coffee, and destress your life.
Also, a cool air humidifier for your bedroom might help and you may want to have your eyesight tested. Try to limit your television and computer time until your headaches are under control.
    Best wishes to you!
