What's a good website for finding nutrition information?

I am trying to monitor my calorie, protien, carbohydrate, and fat intake. I know the information is on food packaging, but I am trying to plan my grocery list before I go to the store; I'm very new at this. Do you know a good website for looking up nutrition information for various foods and drinks?

  • I forgot to add, I'd also be interested in sites that show comparisons and maybe even offer possible substitutes for items I normally use.
