  • Youre pretty close to your due date. Stong contractions can come and go a this time. If they don't stop or get closer together, then call your doctor. SOmetimes after sex, they can get really strong and it kinda feels like labor, but they usually go away. My doc called it uterine irritation. Keep an eye on them and watch the clock just in case they are getting closer. Delivering at 36-37 weeks is not uncommon at all.

  • im 37 and started having them about 2 weeks or so ago, it is normal unless they are constant and in a pattern. do you know how to time contractions? you may want to ask your dr as well to make sure :)

  • when i was 36 weeks i got bad cramps and my dr said they were contractions but i still could swear they weren't. i couldnt get a hold of a dr when they came and they just stopped and i didn't deliver until 41 weeks. if ur cramps get more painful or progressively close together i would get checked out. but braxton hicks contractions are just practice contractions and no big deal
