What is the best Weight Loss Workout that has proven effective for most?

Im just wondering because...i am looking at doing several workouts...such as cardio workouts and pilates mixed with yoga...ladies please tell me your thoughts...

  • I think any exercise you do on a regular basis, will help in loosing weight and toning up.
