I know sex offenders need to register when released for the public to know, but what about rapists, murderers and thieves (grand larceny scale)?
Do you think that all ex-criminals should have to register in a nationwide database that is open to the public? Maybe they do, I just don't know.
I wouldn't want a sex offender living next to me, or a rapist or murderer!!! I know that they've "paid their time", but it is still a reflection on their character and judgment.
rapists are sex offenders

rapists are sex offenders, so they do have to register when they get out.

People make mistakes so why should they not get a second chance (Not talking about sexual offenders) even some murders deserve a second chance if they have proven to change their life then why not no i don't think all criminals should have to register maybe only the extremely violent but hopefully if they were convicted of a extremely violent crime they will not be getting out of prison
