  • Baby wakes up at around 6:40am:

    changer her diaper
    feed her breakfast
    do dishes
play on the floor with her
    nap (9am)
    change her diaper
    bottle and snack
play on the floor with her
    nap (noon)
change her diaper, get dressed for the day
    bottle and lunch
    nap (3:30pm)
    change her diaper
    dinner (for baby)
    play on floor with her
    bath (6:45am)
    dress for bed
    quiet play
    bottle then bed (7:30pm)

    Then I:
    eat dinner
    surf the net
    make formula
    go to bed

The only workouts I get are when we go on outings in the stroller.

  • I'm a stay at home mom and my son is 2. My husband works at home...
7 am wake up, play, eat, get dressed, pack diaper bag
9 am out of the house (playground, beach, park, shopping, etc.)
    noon home for lunch
1 pm put son down for nap, I clean, read, go on the internet
2 pm go to gym for 1 hour (twice a week) while husband watches son
3 pm son wakes up, play, snack, go outside
    5 30 dinner, more playing
7 pm husband and I eat dinner
7:30 baby takes bath, more playing
8 pm baby gets ready for bed
    8:30 lights out
9 pm baby asleep, I read, watch a movie, go on internet
    10:30 I go to sleep
