what can i make to go with dinner?

So far we're having a late dinner of bbq steaks, with deviled eggs.
I'd like to have something else to have with this..but I'm too drained to even really cook or even prep for that's a wonder I'm gonna even make the deviled eggs LOL
Any quick REALLY easy ideas?

  • Slice some english muffins in half, I use sourdough or plain. Spray with olive oil spray or whatever you prefer. Spread pasta sauce on top, a slice of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices if you like, now everyone has their own miniature pizzas to go with steak dinner. Bake this at 350 preheated oven for 10 minutes or till the cheese is melted. The kids can participate and do this with you while you finish cooking dinner, if they're old enough.

  • Use 1 cup of jasmine or long grain rice, add 2 cups mixture of chicken broth tsp olive oil and salsa, cook in microwave for 20 minutes uncovered, you now have spanish rice with minimum work and cheap ingredients.

  • Broccoli and carrots with peanut sauce.
Frozen veggies stir-fried with ginger and garlic, with a splash of soy sauce or Braggs.

  • Boxed suddenly salad. or even easier- a drive to the store and buy a couple salads from there.

Baked beans are easy and need only as much work as you want to put in them- a couple cans of baked beans heated, or add onion, bacon, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and bake.

Chips - open a bag. A bag of salad. Maybe carrot and celery sticks.
