Constipation while breastfeeding?

For the past week I have been so constipated. WAY TOO MUCH INFO but I'll go halfway and then half of it will get stuck and I can't get it out. Then I have to walk around a bunch until it goes back up. Then I'll go again later and do the exact same thing. Half out. Half stuck. I've tried drinking tons of water and taking a stool softener. No help. I finally went all the way taking a toll on my hemorrhoids from birth.

What can I do to help the constipation? I'm tired of this crap! hahaha Just kidding about the pun.

  • Pumpkin, sweet potato, and carrots. Those three keep me regular. Also take flax oil caps.

  • if I get too farty and don't feel like I released it all, I do an enema and this really cuts the farts and the smell, and then I try to drink more fluids!
