I joined a boot camp almost 3 weeks ago and have been working out HARD 3-4 mornings a week from 6:00 - 7:15 am. I've been eating 6 small meals a day like my trainer said; Slimfast for breakfast, apple at 10:00 am, small salad for lunch, fish for dinner...Well, I haven't seen any results at all. So I bought this Slimquick stuff and now I see that the reviews are pretty mixed on it.
Anyone have any success or lack of with this stuff?
Do I really need to take 6 tabs a day?
