What's causing this?

Saturday I took a long walk with my dad along the waterfront downtown.

It was 2 miles and I was fine during. We didn't walk fast or anything, we went really slow actually. Until a few hours later my upper-inner thighs hurt and my hips, and my crotch, and my back.

Sleeping last night was very uncomfortable, every time I tried to roll over of even move, EVERYTHING hurt.

My thighs and crotch area hurt most when I move my legs apart or in certain directions and when i left them
