  • anything with aspertane in it is bad, it turns into embalming fluid in your body.
    A regular soda isn't good for you but having 1 now and then isn't too bad.

  • It's worse because of the aspertame that's in it. It's not good to drink pregnant or not.

  • My doc told me that soda is alright as long as it doesn't have artificial sweetener in it, most diet sodas do, and that you should only drink caffiene free soda, but 8 oz of caffeine a day is acceptable. I would say stick to regular.

  • You shouldn't consume anything with sweet n low or equal in it. Splenda is ok but in moderation. I know Diet coke has a line made with splenda. I know how hard it was to switch. I know soda isn't good for you at all but with all the stuff you have give up while pregnant, I kept my can a day habit.

  • You are better off drinking regular soda because some diet sodas have aspartame in it, which has around 92 side effects including birth defects and death.
