  • At 4 months old my daughter was still being exclusively breastfed on demand, and sleeping when she felt like it. Holding her head up well, making cooing noises, smiling and laughing at people facial expressions.

  • Ahhh thats a good age! They are getting a bit of a pattern down but not yet crawling everywhere and getting into things! Lol
They should start grasping for things soon which will be a great time for them to play on one of those floor mats and grasp at toys or different consistency fabrics. (scratchy, soft, crunchy, etc)

  • I am a 1st time mom too. My 3.5 month old is sleeping through the night (7-7), napping a couple times a day still. Usually one long nap and 2 short ones.

She eats 6 ozs every 3-4 hours during the day. She is starting to grab at things. She laughs and smiles in response to people...can do belly time for a long period (like 30 mins). She rolled over once (belly to back) totally by accident!
