  • All times are approximate...

    7:30 breakfast
    mid morning snack
    11:30-12ish lunch
    mid afternoon snack
    5:30 supper
    7pm snack
    8:30ish bedtime

They were on all table foods and drinking from sippy cups. They had milk with each meal and the before bed snack. The other two daily snacks were finger foods and juice/water mixed.

  • My daughter is 9 1/2 mo and she has breakfast when she wakes up baby yogurt, banana pieces, little bit of rice/oatmeal baby cereal, juice, then about 2 hrs. later goes down for a nap and has about 4 oz. of bottle before that, up 1-2 hrs. later has dinner-- table food, green beans, cooked carrots, applesauce, spaghetti,... whatever is leftover in the fridge. then a couple of hrs. later another bottle and a nap, then when she gets up from that a few gerber snacks and then around 5:30-6 supper, table foods, sometimes a snack of whatever we are having around 7, then a bottle and bedtime between 7:30 & 9. I give her her sippy cup all throughout the day with juice/water mix in it and otherwise she has bottles still with formula to drink and sometimes drinks water out of our glasses.
