I did it. My uterus was TRYING to abort, but it didn't abort fully. It was still alive in there. I was told that the fetus had attached to my cervix, & they pretty much told me that there was a HIGH chance of death for the baby & myself. I did not have insurance at the time, so my gyno said i can pay for an abortion since i was still under a certain amount of weeks. So, i did it. My husband was pretty set in the decision. I am not pro-life. But i had always decided that I personally would never get an abortion. And i did. The guilt is immense, i still have not healed from it. I have had mothers tell me too, that it could have been saved. I've been ridiculed for it, yet no one knows the pain i still carry from this. Regardless of my religion. I believe i made the right choice. Had i waited longer in my pregnancy, we both could have died.

I'm not even sure what I would do in that circumstance. So I'm not about to tell another women what they should do. On one hand I'd like to believe that I could go ahead with the pregnancy and have faith that everything would be fine. On another reality comes crashing down and I know my husband and daughter need me.
