  • Ummm you don't shave with baby oil. Use skintimate shave gel, there is one for dry/sensitive skin

  • Yes, as pp said, don't use baby oil. It clogs up your razor and doesn't work well. Creamy bodywashes work great. I have found that "soap" (bar soap) gives major razor burn so stay away from that also. Try St. Ives or Softsoap bodywashes or Caress, they work great. Good Luck and use lotion afterwards. Try to use a lotion that is not very perfumed like Cocoa butter or Vaseline Intensive Care.

  • I have sensitive skin as well. I use a conditioner on my legs when I shave. When I'm finished with my shower before I towel off I cover myself with baby oil, then you blot yourself dry or just air dry with a towel on. Makes your skin very soft, works better than lotion.

  • I always hated shaving, and what I have found to be the most effective as far as bumps, pain and all that other crap ( cuz shaving gels/creams for me just were not working ) was neutrogena's body oil. Its not too thick, and works like a charm.

  • I have never heard of using baby oil to shave with, try using soap, or even hair conditioner, or just get yourself some shave cream, then use the baby oil afterwards but not to actually shave with, honestly I think that would make everything just a little TOO slippery

  • I just use a nice lathering body wash.....any kind will do as long as it lathers nicely and doesn't have exfoliant beads in it.
Don't waste your money on shaving creams.
