Run as much as you'd like!
Try to avoid rocky terrain...basically, make sure your shoes are tied, and try treading on black top or sidewalk.
Maintaining a healthy exercise routine is almost essential, and contrary to popular belief you can be fit and pregnant! As long as you stay hydrated and don't necessarily up, your exercise routine, you can keep jogging until you're about 6-7 months pregnant! Then walking is recommended.

Also, if you fall, know that at that stage in pregnancy the baby is almost never harmed. It's surrounded by your barely swollen uterus by a cushion of amniotic fluid which protects it from the hardest of blows.
To compare, a 6 month pregnant women had some guy repeatedly punch her as hard as he could in the stomach to try and lose her baby, and she's still pregnant.
