Can i make it as a single mom?

Absolutely, in the wise words of Winnie the Pooh, " You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. "

Why do you even think you cannot make it as a single mom? I found it easier to be a single mom than to be with a husband who was a bigger baby than all three of my kids combined.

You can make it as a single parent, I have been doing it for more than 6 yrs and you may have some hard times but you will make it through it. If you need a friend I can be there for you.

You sure can. You have to keep your head up and know where you can seek help. There's all kinds of programs here in america to help single parents make it. Check into your local DHS office, WIC, headstart programs and etc. I know that we have here in burlington, iowa, there are even programs for low incomed people, they'll give you a free pack of diapers once a month. There are options and people out there willing to help... you just have to get out there to seek it. You'll be fine! God bless

MY BEST ADVICE IS TO KEEP GIVING YOUR SELF PEP TALKS AND KIND OF MAKE OUT A PLAN ON WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO AND TRY TO FOLLOW IT AS THIS WILL HELP YOU WITH ALL THE STRESS. LEARN TO REALLY MANAGE YOUR MONY WISELY AND ALWAYS MAKE TIME WETHER ITS A BATH OR MAGAZINE AFTER THE BABY IS SLEEPING SO YOU CAN UNWINE CHNANGE THE FOCUS FOR A LIL WHILE .GOOD LUCK WHEN YOU FEEL ITS JUST TO MUCH PRAY GOD REALLY DOES LISTEN

Of course you can make it!! My goodness, what are you thinking?? All you have to do is believe in yourself. No matter what anyone says, believe. The mind is a powerful thing. I've done it twice. The first time I was 20 years old, with a one year old. His dad said I would NEVER make it without him, lol. I did. Then again, years later, with a one year old and a 8 year old and I hadn't worked in 4 years. I got my own 4 bedroom apartment, so I even had room for my extra stuff and I did it again.... all because I believed. You can do it, don't let anyone tell you different.

I was a single mom from the time my first son was born till he was 5. You can do it, like everyone else said you have to believe. You will have hard times, but you will make it through them! I had to go by a budget and plan and everything did well for me. I had my son and it made me forget all the hard times!!!

Why couldnt you? ALOT of women do it everyday,I did it with my two sons from birth until now.you can get help from alot of places,DHS can help,WIC,you just have to tell yourself that your stronger then you think.like the first mom said with the winnie the pooh speech,I thought that was cute.

Of Coarse u can, we were made for this regardless of or situation were strong women and thats why god made us to have the babies instead of the men.

Absolutely! It may be hard but its not impossible. It really helps when you have support
