  • Mine could hold on at 4 months, however, I always held him and his bottle until he was weaned. Holding one is not a milestone and they shouldn't be laid flat to drink a bottle, so, I wouldn't worry about it. I would continue to hold it for him till he is weaned.

  • My son NEVER did. He would actually get really mad when I tried to help him learn - nope, He never did!! he's 18 months now and even last night his dad had a pc of nutrigrain bar left for him and he knelt down to get it with his mouth rather than take it from his hand.,,, my little king!

  • my son is 6 months and isn't even interested in trying to hold his bottle...but I don't mind =]. I want to cherish the "us" time we do get, while it's still available. =]
