  • yes. just give her the one small rectangle not the whole square and watch her. tell her to take small bites and not shove it all in her mouth.

  • No wheat or dairy before age 1. No honey before age 2

  • I always heard no honey until 1 year. Both my boys got a little honey after turning 1 year.

  • The honey is cooked on the crackers which makes it safe to give it to her. The rule for wheat is about 1 year, but if you have no family history of food allergies, you are fine. The reason honey is a no-no for infants is that it cannot be pasteurized and it contains a form of botulism that is very dangerous to infants but not adults. When the honey has been cooked into some kind of food, it's safe.

  • You don't want to serve raw honey. Honey nut cheerios, honey graham crackers, those sorts of things are fine, generally speaking.

  • Where is this "no wheat before one" crap coming from? My daughter is 10 mos old and eats wheat Gerber crackers, whole wheat bread and bagels too...wth?

  • you can introduce honey at 1 yr old......honey as a whole.. i think graham crackers are ok because it's concentrated ... but just to be safe i wuld just wait til she hits th year mark and then introduce it to her.
