How do you make your london broil?

I'm thinking about stuffing mine with blue cheese. Do you have any good ideas?

  • I marinate it over night. chili powder, garlic, worcheshire, soy, olive oil, pepper, (what ever you've got in the cabinet) then Grill it low for about 5-8 mins on each side. Slice it really thin (so it stays tender). We eat it with rice or mashed potatoes and if there is some left, it's great for fajatas!!

  • I marinate it and grill it and slice thin ( I use flank steak) If you have a cut of meat called london Broil it is a piece of Top Round. London broil is actually the name of the preperation. a thin sliced steak usually with a mushroom sauce. You can also slice it for sandwiches, salads,stir-frys,
