losing the baby weight

I had but son almost a yr ago i still have a lot of the baby weight have been walking and using my wii fit but it doesnt seem to be coming of and this is the most ive weight need some idea to help it make be depressed when i cant fit in my clothes right

  • LOL Thats not baby weight. The weight gained when you have a baby is gone within a week of birth because it's all baby and fluid. Your body has stretched some but the only thing that will help that is exercise. Each woman is different as to how much stretching is done and how far the body bounces back. You may have gained weight during the pregnancy but the only way to lose it is less calories and more exercise just like trying to lose weight at any other time.

  • have you tried changing your eating habits? in order to lose weight it helps to work out and eat right. it is recommendate that its good to eat small portions several times through out the day and nothing past 6pm.

  • You definitely need to change the way you eat, not just for yourself, but to set a great example for your child.
    First, drink your water! At least 8 8oz glasses a day. Add a glass for every beverage you have with caffeine or alchohol
    Next, eat your fruits and veggies; 7-8 servings a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Start replacing your white/simple grains (white rice, white pasta, white bread, you get the picture) with whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, barley, quinoa, whole grain bread, etc.).
    Now cut way back on (or eliminate) meat and dairy. Eat at least one serving of legumes a day: beans, lentils, tofu, etc.
    Eating healthy, combined with the great excercise that you are doing, will have you at a healthy weight in no time.
