  • You can use shredded leftover chicken or canned chicken. Add mayo, chopped celery, quartered grapes, slivered almonds and whatever seasonings you like. I eat it on crackers or croissants.

  • well i usually boil my chicken with seasoning salt , adding most of my flavor in then, and i will add celery and /or onions with some low fat dressing or mayo ,depending if the kids are eating it also, then i will leave onions out!

  • Here's what I do:

    Boiled or baked chicken shredded
Low fat mayo- just a tad, I like mine pretty dry
    green onions
    red grapes halved
canned mandarin slices (chopped up a little)
season with salt and pepper to taste.

    It's really good!

  • I like to add pineapple (cut into small peices), almonds, low fat mayo, dried onions sometimes or red onions if I have them.
