  • Chop up your cooked chicken, add some chopped celery and onion, a bit of relish, then add fat free or reduced fat mayo or salad dressing, or try nonfat dressing that you pour from a bottle over green salads- such as Italian, ranch- whatever you like.

  • Or instead of cooked chicken you could just buy canned chicken, works just as good! That may just be what I make for lunch today, sounds good!

  • A good mayo to try is Walden Farms - all of their products have 0 calories, sugars, carbs, glutens and fat. Can find them online - Their bleu cheese dressing is really good.

    You can also use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
