  • I don't believe in the god of the bible, but if "it" does exist, I'd be willing to bet he'd be a man and not a woman. Women aren't that cruel, jealous, angry, sadistic, and masochistic. Ever notice how it's the women in the bible that get the short end of the stick?

Unless, of course, Kevin Smith was right and god is actually Alanis Morissette. Which is a terrifying thought in and of itself.

  • If you are only refering to the god of the bible... Then no... But there are many Goddesses... Infact the Anceit Jews DID worship a goddess in addition to their God. This didn't end until something after the creation of Christianity.

    But biblically speaking - No...

  • I do not believe that God is necessarily anthropomorphic or anthropopathic in terms of human description. He allows us to have a glimpse of himself through human terms that clearly barely scratch the surface of who he is. He chooses to reveal himself as male in the Bible so I assume that he prefersed to be refered to as male.

  • Where in the Bible does it say God has a gender? Not refering to the use of the pronoun "He".
