What did you have for breakfast? (I'm trying to come up with a healthy pregnancy menu for myself)

I had 2 eggs, grilled bell pepper strips (green, yellow and red) and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.

It was delicious but I want to have some healthy variety.

I'm trying to following the Brewer's Pregnancy Diet (www.blueribbonbaby.com) as suggested by my health care provider so anything with lots of protien would be good.

  • Steel-cut Irish oatmeal (high protein and fiber) with brown sugar, milk, and blueberries.
    Greek yogurt is delicious and is very high in protein too...
