What did you have for breakfast? (I'm trying to come up with a healthy pregnancy menu for myself)

I had 2 eggs, grilled bell pepper strips (green, yellow and red) and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.

It was delicious but I want to have some healthy variety.

I'm trying to following the Brewer's Pregnancy Diet ( as suggested by my health care provider so anything with lots of protien would be good.

  • Steel-cut Irish oatmeal (high protein and fiber) with brown sugar, milk, and blueberries.
    Greek yogurt is delicious and is very high in protein too...
