Do you have a secret ingredient in any of your cooking?

    I add garlic to a LOT. I am a garlic fiend and if I can afford it, I use actual garlic cloves instead of garlic powder. Another thing is mccormick garlic sea salt that comes in a grinder all it's own, LOVE to add that.

    Mmm Garlic. :) You'd think I was trying to avoid Vampires.

  • Goya Sazon packets, I use is on meats, in stews, in beans, in sautes (<--is that spelled right?)...pretty much anything and everything. I also use something called "sofrito" which is a puree of cilantro, garlic, green peppers, and parsley. Everyone comes to my house for Thanksgiving ;)
